Dawson Arts Center
Dawson Arts Center
The project was a transformation of an existing prefabricated metal building into an innovative center for the arts. It includes a 225-seat theater, a dance studio, music room, and various art classrooms. A new entry and lobby was provided, which is accentuated by the large glass cube feature. After completion, the project was published in 1000 Architects, Images Publishing, 2004; and in A Sense of Entry, Images Publishing, 2007.
