Denver South High School Renovation

The 2020 South HS Renovation was a bundle of various scopes and funding compiled into a single project including bond items, PTSA funds, and school discretionary funds. The highlights of the prioritized scope were to replace the historic front doors working with Denver Landmarks and the full renovation of the front office to create a welcoming and elegant sense of entry to the school. The new counseling center was a collaboration between the School Leadership and the PTSA to develop a Counseling Center that includes an open door college center for the students to engage in future planning in a comfortable and a collegiate-like setting.
