Originally a larger project which included 12 multi-family residential units, retail, offices, and underground parking—the design was scaled back to focus on medical offices with ground floor retail. The project is located at the former Lowry Air Force Base and draws design inspiration from the adjacent metal airplane hangar, with a slight nod to the control tower once located on the site.
